• What is shared with advertising platforms. Where a call can be matched to an advertisement, we send Google a hashed — that is, irreversibly scrambled — form of the calling number, so that Google can confirm which advertisement produced the enquiry. Google cannot read the original number from the hash, and we do not send call recordings, names, addresses or email addresses to any advertising platform.
• How long it is kept. Call records and recordings are retained by our call-tracking provider for the duration of our account with them, and are deleted on request.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with payment processors, the service providers who help us operate (including our scheduling, CRM and call-tracking systems), the advertising platforms described above — and then only in the hashed form set out in those sections — and where required by law.

Text messages

If you provide a mobile number, you agree we may contact you by phone, text or email about your quote and service. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Retention, security and your rights
